To ensure a seamless transition once your preferred tenant is selected, we manage all compliance and paperwork, which includes conducting a thorough property inspection to create the detailed Entry Report, preparing and signing the Tenancy Agreement, and confirming lodging of the Bond with the relevant authority.
We protect your asset through proactive care and meticulous record-keeping. We conduct ongoing routine inspections, providing a written report with colour photos and recommendations for preventative maintenance, and we invite all owners to attend for complete transparency. Furthermore, we efficiently manage all maintenance by sourcing quotes from our network of qualified local tradespeople, ensuring your property meets all health, safety, and legislative compliance requirements at all times.

We initiate the conversation about Lease Renewal & Rental Review before the fixed term ends, advising you on current market support and the required legal notice for any rental increase. If the tenant vacates, we conduct a thorough Outgoing Inspection against the Entry Report.
